Anatomy of our Custom Crates

Engineered per object in our own workshop. Keep scrolling to open one.

01

Lifted, never dragged

Lumber skids raise the crate for forklift access. The crate moves upright at every handover.

02

A framed plywood shell

Exterior-grade plywood, framed with battens, glued and screwed. Two coats of sealant.

03

Sealed and re-sealable

Bolt-and-plate closures withstand repeated openings. A gasket seals against dust and moisture.

04

A stable microclimate

A vapor barrier and insulation hold temperature and humidity steady inside the crate.

05

Density-matched foam

Closed-cell foam blocking locks the work in position, calculated from the object's weight.

06

Only acid-free surfaces touch the work

A condition report opens and closes every movement.
